Shipping & Returns


As soon as we have received your order we will proceed with shipping the products. The delivery term is 0-2 business days. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly.


All shipping services used by provide a tracking number, receiving proof of shipment and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined, unless otherwise requested. An additional 0-2-business day processing time may be required.


When an incorrect address is provided and the shipped products are returned to us, you will pay the service costs of the postal service. If you have not received your order let us know by contacting us directly, we will look into the issue and re-ship the order as soon as possible. Want to return your product? Please don’t, but if you do, have a look at our return policy below first.


We try to ship every order that comes in to the location specified by you. We require you to cover the shipping costs if the delivery address is outside of the Netherlands or the order is below € 25,-


For orders shipped outside of the Netherlands, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs..


Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received the order. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the products can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in the original packaging.

  • Exchanged or returned goods need to be in their original state and package. Used, damaged, stained, or any other condition (incl.: odor), which would prevent goods to be resold as new, cannot be returned nor exchanged
  • Items on sale can not be returned
  • Shipping costs and any other cost incurred due to returns or exchanges are at the clients charge
  • Ohio Bear B.V. can not and will not assume responsibility for loss or damage during return or exchange shipping
  • All returned and exchanged goods are evaluated on resale-ability and/or authenticity of the claim in case of defect or error on dispatched goods
  • You can return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it.
  • Returns and exchanges can only be requested and performed on purchases made from the Ohio Bear B.V. online store.

Steps to follow:

  • Please send your return/exchange request by mail to [email protected] with “return/exchange” in the subject line.
  • We will evaluate and confirm your request by email (note that a final acceptance can only be guaranteed after evaluation of the goods upon reception).
  • Resend the goods to following address; Holland, Amsterdam, Frans Halsstraat 63-IV 1072 BM
  • Upon reception we evaluate the goods for resale ability and/or authenticity of the claim.
  • In case the request is accepted we will dispatch the exchange goods or pay your refund ASAP. If after evaluation the claim is rejected, we will resend the goods at your charge upon request.

In case we accidentally dispatched wrong references and/or wrong sizes, we will gladly exchange these for the correct ones. If the correct goods are no longer available, you can either choose another item, which is in stock -with the same price as the one on the original order-, or ask for a refund. In case of a refund we will repay all charges (incl. all shipping costs).

OHIO BEAR B.V. cannot and will not assume responsibility for loss or damage during return shipping.


In very rare cases a defect can occur on goods we dispatch. If you should be one of these unfortunate clients to receive such defect goods, we will gladly exchange or refund the goods in question. All defects must occur at moment of reception of the goods.

If the same goods are no longer available for exchange, you can either choose another item, which is in stock -with same price as the one on the original order-, or ask for a refund. In case of refund we will repay all charges (including all shipping costs).

All returned items should be declared as a “Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees


All OHIO BEAR products are tested on several quality points during the production process. A second quality check is performed at their arrival in the main warehouse. A third check (mainly on color and fabric quality) is performed before we dispatch the goods to our clients. This process guarantees top quality of our products.
